Healing is empowerment. These sessions are designed to move beyond the symptoms and address core issues that are leading to dis-ease and dis-empowerment on physical and metaphysical levels.

I use a multi-modality approach depending on what needs attending to including:

Some topics of healing may include depression, soul-loss, abuse and trauma, generational/ancestral trauma, grief, addiction, lack of purpose or focus, feeling sabotaged, and negative stuck thoughts.

Please come to the session with intentions (what needs to be addressed), headphones, and be in a safe, private space where you can fully relax and speak freely.
